Ranchi University has a separate fully computerized tabulation center in which the latest software Exsys, prepared by MECON Ltd in collaboration with Ranchi University has been installed. This software takes care of various works related to the Examination Section viz, registration, issuance of admit card, mark sheet, provisional degrees/ certificates (bilingual format with hologram) and migration certificates relating to students.

Courtesy this facility, Ranchi University has not only succeeded in reducing drastically the time factor involved but has also achieved a fair degree of transparency, cost effectiveness and confidentiality. Through the use of a unique watermark and barcode Ranchi University is making sincere efforts to thwart attempts to forge documents. This will be equipped with 30 networked computers with necessary peripherals and related software for better management of examination related works.
